Support Technician

We are looking for a IT/Network Support Technician to join us.

PCI Business Services locally owned and operated technical support company with business clients throughout Butte County. We are a small team and work together to provide excellent IT Support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to client computers, including installation and configuring of equipment and software, troubleshooting equipment, troubleshooting software and OS errors, maintaining printers, image builds, and laptop/workstation/server repairs and installs.

*Must* have experience and solid understanding of working with Active Directory, Exchange, and current Windows servers and desktop OS’s.

Need great communication/interpersonal skills.
